The 2010 Miss MEAC will be crowned by BET's 106 & Park Hosts Terrance J & Rosci on Friday, March 12, 2010 during halftime of the 8 PM game of the annual Men's and Women's Basketball Tournament at Joel Coliseum in Winston-Salem, NC.
