South Carolina State University is a four-year, public, co-educational institution located in Orangeburg, S.C. Founded in 1896, state offers 60 baccalaureate programs in Applied Professional Sciences, Biology, Education, Business, Engineering and Technology, Arts, Humanities. The University is one of two schools in the state to offer master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. South Carolina State proudly boasts the bachelors of Nuclear Engineering Program (NEP), the only one of its kind in the state.
