Nestled in the heart of Daytona Beach, Florida the 70-acre campus of Bethune-Cookman University is home to a diverse student body of over 3,000. Founded by Mary McLeod Bethune in 1904, Bethune-Cookman offers 37 majors in seven academic schools: Arts and Humanities, Business, Education, Nursing, Engineering and Mathematics, Social Sciences, and Graduate and Professional Studies. Under the direction of President Edison Jackson, the school is building a legacy to educate today's students and tomorrow's leaders.
